ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join Andujar & Co. Financial LLC as Independent Insurance Brokers. This is a remote 1099 contractor position designed for people who want flexibility, independence, and real earning potential.

You’ll help clients find affordable auto insurance, guide them through simple application steps, and submit policies through our agent portal. No experience is required — we provide training, licensing guidance, and full support. If you’re hungry, coachable, and ready to build something of your own, this opportunity is for you.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission‑only 1099 contractor role with no cap on earnings. Your income is based on your production.

Estimated earning potential: $70,000 – $190,000+ per year (Top performers can exceed this range.)
